MONTHLY TUTION PAYMENT PROCESS

• At the beginning of each month, you will receive an invoice detailing the charges to your account.  

 

There are 2 ways to pay your SAND Tuition:

1. Register your payment method through Procare Payments Service. Your monthly charges will be autodrafted from that payment method

2. Log in to myprocare.com and pay your balance

 

• At the end of each month, you will receive a receipt showing your payments. Note: This receipt is usually sufficient for dependent care spending accounts. 

 

• As a small school, the costs of digital processing are a significant portion of our budget. If you would like to cover the cost of processing your tuition payment (approx. 2% of the total), please contact sandfinance@ndumc.org.

 

AUGUST/SEPTEMBER TUTION

• Because August is an abbreviated month, your tuition for August will be pro-rated. In your August invoice, you will see a reduced amount.

• Your August tuition will be processed along with your September regular tuition and Activity fee ($75 / $50 for siblings) payment on Sept 1st.

 

OCTOBER TUITION

• New families will incur a one-time charge of $28 for the purchase of an Oaki Suit (For extreme/wet weather) that will be included in their October tuition.

 

SANDbox PAYMENT

• SANDbox payments will be added to your monthly tuition if you have registered for that month.

 

LATE PICKUP FEES

• Pickups after 12:10 (1:10 for SANDbox) will incur a $20 charge deducted from your account that day. NOTE: Multiple late pickups may result in your child being removed from the program.

 

REGISTERING YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

• Please note that we can only accept Visa, MasterCard, and checking account drafts at this time. 

• During registration, you will be sent a link from Procare Payments Service. This link, which is valid for 24 hours, will allow you to set up your payment method.

• If you need to update your payment method, or need a new link, email sandfinance@ndumc.org

• If your payment method expires or defaults, you will be sent a link to register a new payment method. Please make sure Procare Payments Services (notifications@procaremessagingservice.com) is in your address book and does not go to your spam filter.
