Financial Payment Information

MONTHLY TUITION PAYMENT PROCESS

At the beginning of each month, you will receive an invoice detailing the charges to your account. Tuition and any other fees are due each month on the 10th.
Due to changes in credit card processing, transaction fees are automatically included and will not exceed 2% of the payment total.
Receipts and tax documents are available through your Brightwheel account.
SAND will assess a $25 declined payment fee for each declined charge after one initial free decline. SAND will assess a $25 late fee for each late payment after one initial grace payment.

AUGUST TUITION

Because August is an abbreviated month, your tuition for August will be pro-rated by 50%. In your August invoice, you will see a reduced amount.
Your August tuition will be processed along with your Activity fee ($100 / $50 for siblings) on August 10th.

OCTOBER TUITION

New families will incur a one-time charge of $30 for the purchase of an Oaki Suit (For extreme/wet weather) that will be included in their October tuition.

SANDbox PAYMENT

SANDbox payments are added to your monthly invoice prior to the start of the month. They will be due at the same time as tuition.

LATE PICKUP FEES

Pickups after 12:10 (1:10 for SANDbox) will incur a $20 charge deducted from your account that day. NOTE: Multiple late pickups may result in your child being removed from the program.

REGISTERING YOUR PAYMENT METHOD

During registration, you completed your Brightwheel app registration as well. Any changes to your payment method or contact info can be made in the app.

AUTODRAFT PAYMENT CALENDAR

Outstanding invoices will be drafted from the card on file on the due date. If you would like to change the payment source, please do so before the 10th of the month.
